The currency displayed is pounds sterling. All descriptions are based on our perception of taste, texture and the colour is based on the USDA colour scale. Honey being a natural product may vary in colour and taste from season to season. We do not pasteurise or heat treat any of our product and so some granulation may occur, this is in fact a sign of its quality. In the unlikely event that a product chosen is out of stock, we will contact you and offer the following options. We will substitute the product for one of equal value Place on your order on reserve and dispatch within 10 days Or you may cancel your order. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

Loss and damage in transit

If your order has not been received within 10 working days please contact us and we will track your order. Should it be found to be lost we will contact you to discuss your options or reship your order. If your order is received damaged please contact us and we will organise delivery of a new shipment and collection of the damaged goods.
