Organoleptic features: The complexion is very light, ranging from a very light yellow to straw. This occurs in the liquid state, which, however, makes up a good part of the retention period. The aroma is faintly floral, with hints of acacia flowers, while the flavour is sweet with no particular taste or level of acidity.
Thanks to the high fructose content, it is an excellent sweetener and enhances the aromas of foods and beverages without affecting the taste. It is recommended for light diabetics. It does not crystallise easily and its colour can vary from almost transparent and very clear tones like water to a light straw yellow, according to the degree of contamination with other flowers. It is a favourite table honey, loved even by children.
